Agisting Services

We are offering agisting services. We have nice shelters and feed high quality grass and alfalfa. We give the same care to your alpacas that we give to ours.

Pricing and Terms
$4.00 per day, this price includes basic alpaca care. Cria's with moms are free until weaned.

Additional Details
All animals must have full mortality and theft insurance. If the owner fails to acquire such insurance and hence act as their own self-insured, they shall be deemed to have waived any claim against Little Blessings. Little Blessings will require a signed waiver and release of liability from the owner of any alpaca that we work with. Although we will love and care for your animals as though they are our own, things in life happen that we can not control. Lastly, during the time that your alpaca is in the custody of Little Blessings we will have absolute discretion to engage services of a veterinarian to attend to any immediate medical needs at the owner’s expense.

Training & Show Preparation

If you are having us show your animals we recommend that you spend time preparing them in advance. However, if you are unable to dedicate the time we would be happy to do the training for you. We do not guarantee that they will be prefect but we have seen marked improvement in animals after we have worked with them. This allows them to show better than they would have with out the training. This training in some cases is the difference between a blue ribbon and a being shown the gate. We use a combination of techniques. I have taken the Marty McGee training. I have also worked with someone who has taken the John Lyons training. Both have things to offer and so I pick and choose from both styles. That may sound strange but it works for me. Also, for people who are not showing but have a particular behavior they want worked on we may be able to help. Let us know what your needs are.

Pricing and Terms
Actual training time $25.00 hr.

Typically people will agist their animals with us prior to the show so that I can work with them. Regular agisting fees apply during this time.

Birthing Service

This service includes standard alpaca and cria care. We have had training and have experience in both complicated and non-assisted births. We will do the watching for you.
